Below is the link to a documentary I recently watched about the trial of 15-yr old black boy accused of murder in 2000 the state of Florida, USA. The content and nature of this documentary must be commended as it uses the real life injustices of the American judicial system in a stylistic way, which evokes some really strong emotions amongst viewers. To put it simply, this documentary touched my heart and made me question the society we live in, the lack of value that police place upon their roles within society and ultimately whether institutional racism may ever be eradicated from our contemporary so-called “civilized” world.

Murder On A Sunday Morning

Carla joins Dennis, Leroy and Chris at Dennis’ Yard in anticipation of a BBQ only to realize that Dennis has forgotten the meat. Whilst Max is out buying the meat, Dennis decides to kill some time by telling Carla a story about his “gangsta” experience which Leroy and Chris seem to have heard before.

November 2nd 2011 – I’m 8000 days old today. I’ve had some good days and some bad days and some days I probably slept through. Nonetheless, I am grateful for every day God gives me on this earth and I hope I can bang out another 8000 days before my time is up! God Bless.

As I was on my way to Lunch in central London I came across this pigeon lying motionless on the pavement. I didn’t know whether it was dead or just recovering from a meal. It looked pretty dead to me though.
